What’s included in each plan?

Every plan includes quotes, e-signatures, deposits, vendor POs, receiving and branded documents. Growth adds website selling, trade accounts, the customer portal, shared Inbox and commission. Professional adds warranty, claims, repairs, automation, approvals and multiple brands. See the comparison table for every feature.

How do we pay for OrderPilot?

Pay per billed location through your regular Shopify bill. Choose monthly or save 10% yearly. Made-to-order locations are free.

Do we need Shopify Plus to take deposits?

No. Deposit links work on any Shopify plan, and your team can take a deposit at the register too. Shopify Plus is only needed for native percentage deposits in Shopify’s own payment terms and for minimum-deposit rules.

Is selling on the showroom iPad included?

Yes, every showroom feature is included. On the iPad in Shopify POS, sales associates configure the sofa with live pricing, build the quote, add delivery, show a QR code to sign and take the deposit through Shopify checkout.

Which plans include customer updates and warranty?

Every plan includes branded email updates, so your customers know how their sofa is coming along. Growth adds texts, the customer portal and a shared Inbox for your team. Professional includes those too, plus warranty, claims and repairs for looking after them beyond delivery.

Can we see it working with the furniture we sell?

Yes. Book a demo and we’ll follow one made-to-order sale using the kind of furniture you sell, from the quote and signature to the deposit, the vendor PO and delivery. Bring your questions.

Which plan fits our store?

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Move up as your store grows. If you move down, your records stay safe, but features outside that plan close for your staff and your customers.
