Can I attach a scan of a paper signature?
Yes. Open Signature history and choose Attach scan on the existing paper-signature record.
Upload JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF up to 10 MB. Your role needs Bypass signature and deposit requirements.
Attach the scan of the same agreement the customer signed; uploading a scan does not create a new paper-signature record.

Does editing a signed quote require a new signature?
A customer-facing edit can make the existing signature no longer apply to the current quote, in the app or on POS. Changes to prices, quantities, options, fees, shipping or discounts can require a new signature. The earlier signed copy remains as superseded evidence; check Re-Sign and have the customer sign the updated agreement.
