What does Suggested: Covered mean on a claim?
Short answer
Suggested: Covered is OrderPilot's suggestion based on the unit's coverage on the date the claim was reported.
It isn't an approval. An authorized staff member still reviews the problem and chooses the decision, fix, and payer shares.
Goodwill or a Covered decision for entirely uncovered units also requires Override warranty coverage.
