The customer says it was delivered but there's no record. Can I still take a claim?

Short answer

Yes, for a unit eligible to claim with Delivery not recorded.

You can record the problem, but approving it as covered asks for the delivery date. Confirm the suggested date or obtain an authorized alternative.

Unshipped units and cancelled deliveries cannot start a claim, so confirm the goods actually reached the customer.

Why does an email say Delivered when the customer can't find it?

Delivered means the recipient's mail service accepted the email; it doesn't guarantee the customer saw it in their main inbox. Ask them to search their mailbox, spam, and Promotions folders. In Delivery activity, use View to confirm the recipient and message before sending another copy or changing the design.
