Will auto-save keep a new quote before its first save?
Short answer
No. A new quote needs an initial manual save before Auto-save quotes after the first save can work.
Use Save as Draft for unfinished work or Create Quote when the required details are ready.
After later edits, check Saved before leaving the page.
