What does a new staff member get before I give them a role?
A new staff member follows People without a role in SettingsStaff & rolesAccess rules.
The starting default is Salesperson at all locations, unless your store changes it or chooses No access. Staff using a default role still appear under Needs a role until individually assigned.

No, OrderPilot has no per-user fees. The subscription is priced per billed location, so adding a salesperson does not add an OrderPilot seat charge.
Roles, permissions and history are included on every plan. Each person's access still depends on the permissions assigned to them.
Why can't I see other staff members' quotes?
Your Quotes list can start with Salesperson set to your own sales. Clear the selection to All, then check the location and other filters. If the quote is still missing, your role may restrict you to certain records or locations.
Clearing filters does not expand your access.
