What happens to a suspended person's sales credit?
Suspending a staff member keeps their existing sales credit, quotes, orders and history.
They cannot open OrderPilot or be chosen as a salesperson until access is restored. Restore access returns their role and locations on the next load; removing their Shopify staff account is a separate action.

Does assigning an Inbox conversation change the order's salesperson?
No. The Inbox assignee is separate from the order's owner, its primary salesperson. Assign the conversation to an eligible teammate when they should handle the messages.
Only people who can reply to that conversation appear in the assignee list. Changing ownership of the sale is a separate action requiring order reassignment permission.

Can customers pay with store credit?
Yes. Choose ••• > Apply store credit and enter an amount within the customer's available credit and the balance due.
A draft can use partial credit on any Shopify plan. A placed order allows partial credit on Shopify Plus; without Plus, the credit must cover the whole outstanding balance.
Does rejecting damaged goods create a vendor credit?
No. Rejecting goods records the rejected quantity and reason; it does not create a vendor refund or credit.
Keep rejected units out of accepted stock. Arrange the replacement or credit with the vendor, then record any later cost correction against the relevant goods.
