Can we change OrderPilot plans after subscribing?
Short answer
Yes, your Shopify store can move to another OrderPilot plan.
If you move down, your records are kept, but features excluded from the new plan close for staff and customers.
Nothing new can be created with those excluded features. Review the customer portal, website and service features your store relies on before choosing a lower plan.
