How do we pay for our OrderPilot subscription?

Pricing and plansUpdated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

OrderPilot is billed through your store's regular Shopify bill.

The subscription is priced per billed location, with monthly or annual billing.

Your store chooses one OrderPilot plan for all its covered locations. Annual billing saves 10%, and made-to-order locations are free.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation stops normal OrderPilot access immediately and returns the whole store to the subscription screen. Scheduled emails and texts stop too. Restoring access requires a new Shopify approval, and previous trial or promotional terms may no longer be available.

Download the documents and signature evidence you need before confirming Cancel subscription.

Does ending a pending location change cancel my current subscription?

No. End pending location change ends only the unconfirmed request; your current subscription remains. Existing subscribed locations stay usable while a change awaits Shopify approval.

Use Continue Shopify approval to finish the request or Check status to refresh it. An already approved change can't be discarded through the pending-change action.

Does deactivating a Shopify location remove it from my OrderPilot subscription?

No. A deleted or inactive Shopify location can remain billed until you confirm a subscription location change. Open Manage plan from Settings › Account & data › Subscription; it lists any location no longer in Shopify, which comes off with your next change approved in Shopify.

Removing a location cancels its scheduled sends, so check outstanding customer communication before completing the change.
