Is OrderPilot priced per Shopify store or per location?
OrderPilot is priced per billed location, with one plan covering the whole Shopify store.
The monthly plan rate applies to each billed location.
Made-to-order locations are free. When evaluating the cost, list the locations your team needs covered and compare that total with the plan's location allowance.

From other topicsDoes restricting a template to one location hide it from the online store?
No. Who can add it controls staff and POS availability, while online publication has separate settings.
Set permitted brands or locations in the template's Organization card and save. Configure the template's online mode separately when you need to change what shoppers can see.

Does Home show figures for all my locations?
Yes. Home and Analytics cover all locations; the location picker in the header does not filter their totals. Reports have their own Store filter.
Check the reporting period and the report's filters before comparing a showroom's figures with the totals on Home.

Why is the location picker greyed out?
The location picker is greyed out when the current record cannot change location. Reasons include a placed Shopify order, a purchase-order link, an unfinished sync, a locking status or view-only access. Hover over the picker for the reason.
A purchase order keeps its own location; leave the record page to choose another working location.

Why does a new browser tab show All Locations again?
OrderPilot remembers the working location separately in each browser tab, so a new tab starts at All Locations. With brand grouping enabled, the label is All Brands. Choose the location again before starting a sale, and check the location filter when opening a list in another tab.
