Does the iPad notice when the customer signs on their phone?
Short answer
Yes. The iPad checks every few seconds and shows Signed by when the customer finishes signing on their phone.
Keep Customer signature open while they sign. If checking stops after 10 minutes, tap Back and reopen the signature screen.
