Why can't I mark items collected?
Short answer
Mark collected needs fully paid, eligible goods and Change order status permission.
Collect the outstanding amount and ensure goods still on order have been received before handover. Select at least 1 eligible item and the quantity actually leaving.
Read the disabled control's reason if collection remains unavailable.
