Where are my customers stored?
Short answer
Customer details are stored in Shopify.
OrderPilot reads and updates names, contact details, addresses, tags, tax exemptions, and custom fields on the Shopify customer. OrderPilot's customer profile also brings together the customer's quotes, orders, and balances.
Editing shared profile information changes the customer record, rather than adding a note to one sale.
