Do customers need an account on my store to see their quote?
Short answer
No. Customers can open their OrderPilot quote from the emailed portal link and enter the 4-digit PIN supplied with it.
They don't need a store account.
Signed-in customers can also reach the portal through My orders while the portal is on.
