A customer asked for their data. What do I do?
Short answer
Find the request in SettingsAccount & dataCustomer data requests, choose Prepare file, then Download file when it is ready.
Provide the file to the requesting customer within the 30-day period shown on the page. You need Download customer data requests permission.
Prepared files are kept for 7 days and can be prepared again.
