How long can I download a prepared customer data file?

Short answer

A prepared customer data file is kept for 7 days.

The request row shows Kept until and offers Download file while it is available. If the file expires before you download it, prepare it again.

The new file reflects customer information at preparation time; internal notes aren't included.

Where do I download an invoice?

Open the order's ••• menu, choose Payments and Invoices, then open Invoices. Choose Download beside the version you need.

CURRENT identifies the latest invoice; ARCHIVED identifies earlier saved copies. There is no separate invoice-download action in the order menu.

Where can I download a signed quote?

Choose ••• > Download Quote PDF on a currently signed quote to download the stored signed agreement. For an earlier version, open Signature history and choose the relevant Current or Superseded record. Download signed PDF and Download evidence let you keep the agreement and its supporting record together.
