What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Uninstalling OrderPilot stops scheduled messages, ends app sessions, and exports signature evidence to the store owner by email.
Shopify's shop-erasure request follows 48 hours later. Shop data and files are erased, while the shop record, privacy-request log, billing record, and signed signature evidence are retained.
OrderPilot's products and metaobjects remain in Shopify, so uninstalling doesn't remove every Shopify object.

Export your signature records before uninstalling OrderPilot. In SettingsAccount & dataSignature records, choose Export everything, then download and check every export part.
Evidence is retained for 6 months beyond shop-data erasure after removal. Keep your own verified copies instead of relying on an export email after uninstalling.
