Do settings apply only to me?

In the appSettings and integrationsUpdated 3 Nov 2026

Short answer

No. OrderPilot's Settings belong to the store and can affect everyone working in the app and on Shopify POS.

Treat a setting as shared unless its control explicitly says it is a personal preference.

Your role determines which settings you can change, but it doesn't make those changes apply only to you.

Where are the email templates in Settings?

Email designs and subjects are in SettingsBrandingEmails. Sending setup, recipients, reply routing, quick replies, and delivery history are under Messages & notifications. Use Branding to change an email's content or appearance.

How do I find a setting without opening every Settings page?

Click Search Settings in the header, enter a word, and choose a result to open its page and section. Every search word must match, so try fewer words if nothing appears. Older section names are searchable too.

View only means your role can see the setting but cannot change it.

What should we prepare before setting up our furniture catalog?

Check which choices change price, cost or lead time, and which combinations are allowed. Those decisions shape the quotes staff create in Shopify.
