What is a percentage fee worked out on?
Short answer
% of subtotal uses the product subtotal; % of total uses products plus other fees.
The second calculation excludes shipping, tax, discounts and the fee being calculated. Choose the fee type at SettingsQuotes & ordersFees according to which amounts should contribute to the charge.
