If I change or delete a saved fee, do orders that already have it change?

In the appCatalogUpdated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

No. Existing orders keep their own copy of a saved fee's name, amount and settings.

Editing, hiding or deleting the preset affects future selections. Review an existing order separately if its charge also needs changing.

Can OrderPilot take over draft orders we already made in Shopify?

No, OrderPilot does not automatically adopt draft orders created separately in Shopify. Existing Shopify drafts remain managed there.

Create new configured quotes through OrderPilot when you want their product choices, signatures and vendor purchasing connected. Discuss existing open orders before switching workflows; do not assume installation imports them.

Can I cancel a purchase order I already sent?

Yes, if nothing has been received or rejected and no vendor payment is recorded. Choose Cancel purchase order and review the confirmation.

Cancellation removes the PO and its stored attachments and cannot be undone in OrderPilot. It sends no email, so tell the vendor separately.

Do not remove valid payment records to bypass the restriction.

Can I delete a quote or order?

You can delete an eligible quote, but OrderPilot orders have no Delete action. A deletable quote has no signature, payment or refund history, purchase-order link or placed Shopify order. Use Delete Quote with the required delete permission.

Deletion is permanent; retain a signed quote with Rejected, or cancel a placed order in Shopify.

Why does POS say the product is already on the order?

The selected product is already represented by a line on the order. Open that existing item and change its quantity instead of adding it again. The same rule applies when a barcode scan finds a product already added to the sale.
