Do I need brand grouping?
Short answer
No. Use the flat location list unless parts of your business trade under different names or need separate brand colors and images.
Brand grouping organizes locations under their brands in pickers and supports brand-specific email designs.
Each location still keeps its own document details, terms, and logo where configured.
