Can customers see my notes?
Short answer
Only the order's Notes field: it can print on quotes and other customer documents.
An Internal note in the Inbox and comments under Activity are for your team only. They're never emailed, and internal notes aren't in customer data exports. To tell the customer something, reply in the order's Conversation or the Inbox.
