Can customers track an order without an account?
Short answer
Yes. A customer can open Track your order from an emailed tracking link without signing in.
The page shows the linked order's items, total, and available payment action.
A tracking link doesn't sign the customer in or sign a quote. The guest page directs customers to sign in for live messaging.
