Why can't I pick Today for an item?
Short answer
Today is unavailable for goods still on special order, items without stock at the store, or when the shop fulfills everything on full payment.
The setting Mark only what leaves the store as fulfilled must be on. An ordered-new unit can become eligible after it arrives and is held for the sale.
