Why can't I receive goods at the made-to-order location?
A made-to-order location holds Order New commitments, so it cannot receive physical stock. Set the PO's destination to a subscribed store or warehouse.
When goods arrive, they are held for the customer there. On a placed order, fulfillment moves to the location that received them.

Can I receive another delivery after finalizing a PO?
No. Finalizing a PO closes its costs and stops receiving until it is reopened.
Use Reopen to edit or Reopen, enter a reason, and confirm before posting the next delivery. Your role needs Finalize and reopen purchase orders, as well as permission for the receiving work.

Where do I see purchase orders waiting to be received?
Open Purchase Orders and check the Sent, Partially received and Received, some rejected tabs. Home's Purchase orders card also has Open POs for those statuses. Use the PO's received and outstanding quantities to see what still needs attention.
