Should I start the claim again if its confirmation email failed?
No. A failed confirmation email doesn't undo a claim that was successfully created.
Open the existing claim and review the email failure instead of starting a duplicate.
Confirm that the Shopify customer has an email address and that your role allows customer emails before arranging the intended update.

From other topicsHow do I retry a failed QuickBooks sync?
Open the purchase order's QuickBooks card, choose Details, and read QuickBooks said: with the error. Correct the cause, then choose Retry. Missing receipt costs need entering on the receipt; missing account mappings need saving in QuickBooks settings.
Wait for a running sync to finish before requesting another one.

Should a customer resend a quote request if the confirmation page fails?
Check the customer's email and your Quotes list before asking them to send again. A request can be saved even if its confirmation is lost. If the existing quote shows a sync failure, recover that quote through its retry process rather than creating another request.
