Why is a cover date a day off?
Short answer
OrderPilot stores warranty coverage dates as UTC calendar days.
An evening delivery in the Americas can fall on the next UTC day, so the displayed date can differ from the local date. Check the actual handover record before correcting coverage; a different calendar date doesn't by itself prove the delivery was recorded incorrectly.
