Why does my order line say lead time not known?
Short answer
The line has no set figures from which to calculate its lead time.
Click its dotted lead-time label and check the vendor build, option, transfer and customer-delivery figures. Use Set it in Vendors or Set it in Order defaults to complete the relevant settings.
Blank figures contribute nothing, so an incomplete total can be too short.
