Why didn't the promise change when I updated the vendor's build time?
A placed order keeps the delivery promise recorded when it was placed, even when vendor or option lead times change later.
The card shows Today's calculation for comparison. To deliberately adopt that calculation, click Reset to calculation and save.
Quotes and unplaced drafts continue to follow current lead-time settings unless manually overridden.

From other topicsDoes replying to a vendor send the updated PO PDF?
No. A reply in Conversation sends the message without attaching a new PO PDF and leaves the PO status unchanged.
Use Resend email, or Send updated PO… after editing, when the vendor needs the revised document. Check the PDF attachment in the composer before sending.

Why does a template read No vendor?
No vendor means the template has no available vendor, including when its assigned vendors are inactive. Staff can still add the template, but the new line needs an active vendor. Open the template's Organization settings and choose vendors, or enable Offer all vendors to include active vendors added later.
Can I delete a vendor?
No. Open the vendor at SettingsPurchasing & accountingVendors, turn off Active Vendor, and click Update Vendor.
The inactive vendor leaves pickers while its history remains. Turn Active Vendor back on when staff should be able to choose it again.
A vendor appeared that I never added. Where did it come from?
OrderPilot creates a missing vendor when someone chooses a Shopify product with that vendor on a quote. Installation and Sync from Shopify also bring in vendor names.
New imported vendors are active Shopify records. Open the vendor to add purchasing contact details, since a Shopify vendor name does not supply a purchase-order email address.
