Do we need a Shopify store to use OrderPilot?
Short answer
Yes, OrderPilot runs inside your Shopify store.
Your office opens OrderPilot in Shopify admin, and showroom staff use its tiles in Shopify POS.
OrderPilot connects to Shopify customers, products, locations, draft orders and orders. It is not a standalone sales system for a store that does not use Shopify.
