What does OrderPilot set up when I install it?
OrderPilot adds starter statuses, catalog records, fees and branding, and brings in your active Shopify locations and product vendor names.
You get 20 order statuses, 7 customer status groups, starter options, an Order Specification field, Default Category, Default Vendor and First Custom Template.
The 4 starter fees begin at $0. Your live theme fills empty logo, color and font fields; existing branding stays in place. Replace the starter catalog records with your own setup.

What do we need before installing OrderPilot?
You need a Shopify store, an active Shopify location and permission to install apps and approve the OrderPilot subscription. Choose the locations your team will use, then approve billing through Shopify. You can begin in Shopify admin before setting up Shopify POS for the showroom.
What should we check about customer data and security before installing?
Review OrderPilot's permissions, customer-data handling and retention requirements before installing it in your Shopify store. OrderPilot has controls for customer data requests, erasure requests and signature evidence. Those controls do not establish a particular security certification or hosting location.

What happens to signed quotes if I uninstall OrderPilot?
Export your signature records before uninstalling OrderPilot. In SettingsAccount & dataSignature records, choose Export everything, then download and check every export part.
Evidence is retained for 6 months beyond shop-data erasure after removal. Keep your own verified copies instead of relying on an export email after uninstalling.
