Short answer

Yes, OrderPilot in Shopify POS and Shopify admin uses the same customer sale.

A salesperson can configure the quote on the showroom iPad, and purchasing can open it in the office. Purchasing, receiving, settings and warranty claims are handled in the admin app; they are not all available on POS.
