Do I need Shopify POS Pro to use OrderPilot?
Short answer
No. OrderPilot's Shopify POS extension doesn't require Shopify POS Pro.
Staff need OrderPilot access, the right permissions and a subscribed location.
Shopify's own rules still apply: POS app-only staff can use their PINs only at POS Pro locations, and Shopify's own saved-cart draft orders need POS Pro. Shopify's PIN requirements explain which staff can sign in where.
