Why does a tile say Access restricted?
Short answer
Access restricted means your role cannot use that tile; tap it to read the reason.
The role must allow On Shopify POS.
Create Quote and Create Order need Create and edit quotes and orders, while Orders & Quotes and Print Receipt need View quotes and orders. Shared-register access can also be limited by the device account.
