Can I sell in another currency on Shopify POS?

On Shopify POSShowroom (POS)Updated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

No. OrderPilot quotes and orders use your Shopify shop's currency, and POS shows their amounts in it; there's no currency choice per sale.

Shipping entered in another currency is refused, and payment can't go ahead against a linked Shopify order in another currency.

If selling in several currencies is essential to your showroom, weigh that before choosing OrderPilot.

Can I connect a QuickBooks company in a different currency?

No. The QuickBooks company must use the same currency as your Shopify store for OrderPilot's purchasing connection. If the company keeps its books in another currency, nothing syncs to it.

Check the company before approving access. Connecting a different company clears account mappings and turns purchasing sync, vendor-payment posting, and cost-of-goods posting off.

A shopper abroad sees prices in their currency. Is the quote in that currency?

No. OrderPilot quotes are issued in your store's currency, even when a product page displays prices in the shopper's currency.

A Buy online template using quote requests shows a store-currency notice beneath its price line when those currencies differ. Review the quoted amount in the store currency before sending the offer.
