When does an order move to Ready to Ship?
Short answer
An order becomes ready when its required purchasing units have arrived and the store's All items here connection runs.
The default destination is Ready to Ship; pickup-only orders can use Ready for pickup where configured.
Unconfirmed quotes do not become ready. Stock lines without POs do not block readiness, but unreceived special-order requirements do.
