Why is no order listed in the PO Workbench?

Short answer

The PO Workbench lists eligible orders at the chosen Fulfillment Location with physical items still needing purchase orders.

Check the location, the orders' status eligibility, existing PO allocations and stock coverage. Use Standalone PO only when buying stock without linking customer orders.

Sold by offers people with an OrderPilot staff record who are available in the salesperson picker. Check Appear in the salesperson picker, the person's suspension state, and whether they have opened OrderPilot.

PIN-only staff can be added from Recent POS sign-ins. Historical sales credit stays even when someone is no longer offered for new sales.
