Can a customer sign a quote on their phone?
Short answer
Yes. A customer can sign an OrderPilot quote on their phone from the link you send or a showroom QR code, with no store account.
On the signing page they tick the agreement, choose Sign Quote and draw a signature or pick a style; in the portal they tick I agree, type their full name and draw or use the typed name.
The signed PDF keeps the agreement with a certificate page. Signing records agreement only: it doesn't take a deposit or order the furniture from the vendor.
