How do customers ask for changes to a quote?
Short answer
Customers request changes through the OrderPilot portal using Request a change or Ask a question on an item.
The request appears in the order's Change requests and questions card and in the Inbox. Staff review it before changing the sale; a customer request does not edit a signed agreement by itself.
