Which plan includes the customer portal and website quote requests?
OrderPilot Growth and Professional include the customer portal, shared Inbox, website selling and quote requests.
Growth also adds trade accounts, customer profile features, text updates and sales commission. Essentials includes the showroom and back-office quote-to-delivery tools, but those additional online and customer-conversation features require Growth or Professional.

From other topicsCan website shoppers request a furniture quote without seeing a price?
Yes, OrderPilot's Request a quote mode lets shoppers choose options without visible prices and submit the configured products for staff pricing. Website quoting starts on Growth.
Unpriced requests show Price on request, and customers cannot sign or pay until pricing is released. Hiding a price on the page does not remove Shopify's prices from every feed or product-data source.

Where do quote requests from my website go?
Submitted website requests appear in OrderPilot's Quotes list and start unassigned. Requests containing a Request a quote template or regular Shopify product show Being priced until staff release the offer.
Open the quote to check the customer, items and notes, price the sale, and assign its salesperson. The request-sent page confirms when a customer email has been queued or sent.

Where do I change my logo for emails and the customer portal?
Open SettingsBrandingCustomer portal and use Logo in the shared Brand section. In Frame your logo, position the image and check its Logo and Square mark versions, then click Apply and save. The kit supplies the logo across customer assets; each supported asset has its own placement controls.
Can the customer portal use my theme's fonts?
Yes. Under the Customer portal's Look > Fonts, choose Your theme's and save to read the fonts from your live theme. After changing the theme's fonts, use Refresh fonts.
If OrderPilot cannot identify them, choose Custom or OrderPilot fonts and check the preview before saving.
