Can I connect a QuickBooks company in a different currency?
No. The QuickBooks company must use the same currency as your Shopify store for OrderPilot's purchasing connection.
If the company keeps its books in another currency, nothing syncs to it.
Check the company before approving access. Connecting a different company clears account mappings and turns purchasing sync, vendor-payment posting, and cost-of-goods posting off.

The order uses the highest minimum-deposit percentage required by any of its lines. Each product follows its own setting when one exists; otherwise, it follows the strictest applicable category rule.

Can different locations use different OrderPilot plans?
No, one OrderPilot plan covers the whole Shopify store. You choose Essentials, Growth or Professional for the store's billed locations, rather than selecting a different tier for each showroom. Choose the plan that covers both your location count and the features your team and customers need.
Can I promise a different date than OrderPilot calculates?
Yes. Click Change promise, enter a whole number of days from 0 to 3,650, click Done, then save the quote or order. The estimated date is calculated from those days; there is no separate date-entry field.
Reset to calculation, followed by saving, removes the manual figure and adopts the current calculation.
