Can Shopify Sidekick create quotes in OrderPilot?
Sidekick can prepare an OrderPilot quote or order form for you to review, but it doesn't save the record.
Describe the customer and requested products, then check the prefilled form, complete missing choices, and save it yourself. Sidekick must be available in your Shopify admin; the normal OrderPilot create screen remains available without it.

Why is the Create Quote button greyed out?
Hover over Create Quote to see which requirement is missing. Creation needs a customer, a specific location and at least 1 product; a fee alone does not count. Shopify product details must finish loading, and every line needs a vendor if your shop requires one.
Complete required options and order fields before creating the quote.
Can I create a quote without a customer?
You can save an OrderPilot draft without a customer, but creating the quote requires one. Add at least 1 product and choose Save as Draft to keep unfinished work. Reopen the draft later, add the customer and any missing required details, then choose Create Quote.
Why is Create Quote greyed out on POS?
Read the explanation beneath Create Quote on POS: a customer or product is missing, or POS is still checking which items ship. Add the missing customer or at least 1 product, then wait for any check to finish. A fee alone does not count as a product.
