Why is the Create Quote button greyed out?
Hover over Create Quote to see which requirement is missing.
Creation needs a customer, a specific location and at least 1 product; a fee alone does not count. Shopify product details must finish loading, and every line needs a vendor if your shop requires one.
Complete required options and order fields before creating the quote.

Why is the payment button greyed and reading Paid in full?
Paid in full is greyed out because the balance due is $0 and there is nothing more to collect. A valid zero-total sale can show the same state. Check the sale's paid amount and balance before attempting another payment.
Why is Activate greyed out on my template?
Save or discard the template's unsaved changes before clicking Activate in the header. Closing an editing row with Done does not save the whole page. Use Save in the save bar, then activate the draft.
Why is the location picker greyed out?
The location picker is greyed out when the current record cannot change location. Reasons include a placed Shopify order, a purchase-order link, an unfinished sync, a locking status or view-only access. Hover over the picker for the reason.
A purchase order keeps its own location; leave the record page to choose another working location.
