Why can't my customer sign while they have a question open?
Short answer
OrderPilot blocks signing while a question or change request remains open, so the customer does not sign an unsettled agreement.
Answer and resolve questions, and check requests for Saved, not sent or a customer response still needed. Send any required updated quote and confirm that no open items remain.
