What does 'Live · unpublished changes' mean?
Short answer
Customers still receive the published email design while your newer edits wait in the draft.
Choose See what changed to review the differences, then publish the draft when ready. Discard changes removes the unpublished edits after confirmation.
Saving a draft alone doesn't change the email customers receive.
