Why isn't my brand's email design being used?
The brand design must be published, assigned to that brand, and supported by the sending action.
Check Brands… and the template's live state. Without an applicable published brand design, the group's default supplies the email.
When brand grouping is off, only the default sends; a version with no assigned brands sends to nobody.

From other topicsCan OrderPilot handle sales to interior designers and trade customers?
Yes, OrderPilot supports trade customer records, company information and resale certificates alongside the Shopify sale. Trade accounts and customer profile features start on Growth.
Your team can record certificate details and review the sale's tax treatment; Shopify calculates tax. These tools do not promise a complete interior-design project management system.

Does a design link keep the old price?
No. A design link carries the selected choices, and opening it uses current prices.
It does not preserve a previous quote or price. If a choice is no longer offered, the page asks for a replacement before the customer submits the configuration.
