Can one purchase order cover several customers?
Yes. The PO Workbench combines selected customer orders' lines for the same vendor into one purchase order.
Each line keeps its customer-order link internally. A PO can link up to 100 customer orders and contain up to 300 lines.
Review each line's quantity and customer before creating the draft.

From other topicsDoes lead time print on the quote or the purchase order?
No. OrderPilot's calculated lead times do not appear on quote PDFs or purchase orders.
The full order calculation is shown in the app, and is also absent from POS, emails and the customer portal. A template's slowest option lead time can appear online when Show lead time is on.

Do vendor minimums stop me creating a purchase order?
No. You can save a draft purchase order below the vendor's minimum. An enforced minimum blocks sending until the quantity or value is met; an unenforced minimum gives a warning.
Minimums are checked per purchase order. An enforced value minimum also blocks sending when an item's cost is unknown.
Why is Purchase Orders or another page missing from my menu?
A missing page can be hidden by your role, an optional-page setting or the available menu space. Purchase Orders needs View purchase orders; ask an administrator to check your role. Customers and Review also need their page settings enabled.

Can OrderPilot support several showrooms and a warehouse?
Yes, OrderPilot uses your Shopify locations for showroom sales and warehouse work. Staff access can be limited by location, while purchasing and receiving stay connected to the customer sale.
Choose an OrderPilot plan that covers the locations where your team works, including physical receiving locations. A made-to-order location holds order commitments and is separate from a physical warehouse.
