Why does an email say Delivered when the customer can't find it?
Delivered means the recipient's mail service accepted the email; it doesn't guarantee the customer saw it in their main inbox.
Ask them to search their mailbox, spam, and Promotions folders. In Delivery activity, use View to confirm the recipient and message before sending another copy or changing the design.

From other topicsDoes receiving the vendor delivery mark the customer's items delivered?
No. Receiving records that the vendor's goods arrived; customer handover is a separate event. When eligible, paid items actually leave, use Mark collected or Mark delivered for the relevant units.
Those units move to Taken, and Shopify fulfills the handed-over lines.

The customer says it was delivered but there's no record. Can I still take a claim?
Yes, for a unit eligible to claim with Delivery not recorded. You can record the problem, but approving it as covered asks for the delivery date. Confirm the suggested date or obtain an authorized alternative.
Unshipped units and cancelled deliveries cannot start a claim, so confirm the goods actually reached the customer.
Why does a delivered item still say Starts at delivery?
OrderPilot hasn't recorded a delivery event for that unit. Untracked shipping without delivery confirmation can leave an item fulfilled but its warranty unstarted. Check the handover in Shopify or OrderPilot; an hourly check can catch missed Shopify updates.
If delivery is confirmed but still missing, authorized staff can start coverage using the actual delivery date.
