How do I mark a PO sent that I emailed myself?
Short answer
Open Send to vendor and choose Confirm as Sent in the composer after sharing the PO yourself.
OrderPilot records Sent without emailing anyone. Use the action only when the vendor already has the purchase order; it records an outside send rather than delivering the document.
