Why can't I type my own fee amount?
Short answer
Entering a custom fee amount requires Override prices and give discounts.
Without that permission, you can add saved fees at their configured prices. Ask an authorized colleague to enter a one-off amount or adjust the fee.
On POS, the custom-fee control explains that custom fees are unavailable for your access.
